Andy Stewart – CEO

Starting from humble beginnings within one of the UKs most establish and successful department store chains, Andy worked up to a nationwide position with responsibility for the planning and implementing of strategic restructuring of project management systems and manufacturing suppliers.

After 13 years a departure into the world of advertising and marketing saw working within top design agencies and advertising consultants for ten years before then starting his first business, a graphic design agency and publishing company. This resulted in a portfolio of UK design clients and as a published author and illustrator of a number of books.

The year 2000 saw a return to the advertising and marketing world as European Marketing Manager for a global creative services company. A challenging role that focused on unifying cultural differences in design to help create a European-wide brand image within a global company. This also saw time nurturing new talent within the adverting and design industry, becoming a design brief creator and panellist judge for the D&AD Student Awards.

In 2010 at the age of 50 a change of new direction took place. With a lifelong love of fitness, and as a squash coach, Andy moved into the fitness industry and established one of the first CrossFit gyms in the UK. This is now one of the longest standing, and successful CrossFit businesses in the UK.

2022 brought another direction and addition to the fitness industry. With the depth of experience gained from over 40 years in business, and the a forging of new business partnership, it was time to introduce the world to a method of running businesses from inside, as well as out, with financial management and management information systems that had made each venture over the years a success.

Andy believesPrime Logic Solutions is pushing the boundaries on how accountants should be working with their clients, the tools used, and the simplicity of their systems. All the time focusing on business owner to provide an advanced system with immediate access to all a business financial and operational performance data.

Never siting still. Andy has a mind that occasionally nods off, but never goes to sleep.

Jinal Shah – COO

Born into a family immersed in a range of businesses and in a country full of opportunity, Jinal very quickly set out the path that his life would take.

After being involved in many of the financial aspects within a range of businesses immersed across a wide range of industries, and encompassing international markets, the UK called together with its new opportunities.

Working with a number of high profile accountancy practices allowed Jinal to broaden his knowledge and understanding of universal needs and solutions for businesses of all sizes across multiple industry sectors and sub-markets.

Feeling an industry that is slow in its evolution, and stuck in conventional concepts of modern practices, Jinal launched his first accountancy firm with the aim to support and empowered its clients.

This practice has thrived, with ventures across the world in established and emerging markets. As word has spread the company’s portfolio has not stayed still, moving into real estate and property management, manufacturing South America market, Afican and European markets.

This has been seen and has resulted in the appointment of Independent Director for Alchemy Investments Acquisition Corp, listed on NASDAQ.

Life comes full circle and now with a strong established business Jinal is focusing on his first passion, revolutionising the accountancy practice world.

Every step for Jinal is grounded in a new way of working, one that the industry and every business owner deserves.
